•The sights of Marrakech: Visit the Saadiens Tombs, the Palais Badiaa and the Koutoubia Minaret with is beautiful gardens in the old city.

•Can you Ski in Marrakech? Yes!! Oukaimeden, which you can reach by taxi or hire a car is great in January and Feb.

•When is the best time to go to Marrakech?: Any time. It is sunny nearly all year round with no humidity and mild winters. The hottest time of the year is August and September. Winter can bring a lot of rain and the nights can be cold. Snow in the mountains.

•What can you do with kids in Marrakech? All of the above depending on their age and how adventurous you and they are. It's not a destination for toddlers but for older children, Marrakech has a lot to offer - the entertainment in the square, the beach, the history, the desert, the mountains. Plus there is the Oasiria Water park with water slides, wave machines, restaurants and a pirate ship for the little ones. Entry is just £10 including lunch.

•Do I need a visa to Marrakech?No

•What should I wear in Marrakech? Women should not dress provocatively, e.g. low cut tops, short skirts, bare midriff etc would not acceptable. A cardigan or fleece may be useful at night when it gets cooler.

•Nightlife in Marrakech Beyond the square is Gueliz, also known as the new city. Here you will find western style bars, bistros and nightclubs. There are also traditional local bars complete with belly dancers and alcohol is widely available. Although an Islamic country, Morocco has a fairly relaxed approach to drinking and most venues stay open late.

•How much should I tip in Marrakech? Services charges are usually included in hotel bills. Tip bar staff, waiters and hairdressers between 1-2 Moroccan Dirham (1MAD = 0.10 Euro)
