•El Salona picturesque beach close to the Balcon de Europa with lifeguard, sunbeds etc.
•Carabeillo one of the prettiest in the area, magnificent cliffs, lifeguard, showers etc home to poets Garcia Lorca and Jorge Guilllen.
•Burriana very popular with our holidaymakers, with lifeguards, sunbeds, parasols, volleyball, showers and a fishing pier.
•Maro, small and at the bottom of the cliffs, very popular at the weekends with the locals.
•What else can I do in Nerja? Enjoy the watersports, visit the large weekly market, the caves, and the lovely old town in Frigliana.
•Excursions: visit Malaga and check out the Picasso museum; visit any of the other resorts on the Costa del Sol, such as Marbella.

•What's the nightlife like in Nerja? There are some great dance clubs in Nerja playing everything from house to salsa on different nights; many with terraces and lounges. Coconuts disco is open from 10pm till dawn and La Guarida opens till 3.30am. You could also check out Tamareo, Seven, Thebas. There is also entertainment in some of the hotels plus some Irish bars with live music There's even a cave bar at El Capistrano.

Did you know? The caves of Nerja are home to the world's longest stalactite - 63m long. It also has prehistoric cave paintings but these, sadly, are not open to the public.
